Unilever Food Solutions Seasonal Trend Guides: January 2015

Unilever Food Solutions purpose is to free chefs to love what they do. In support of that mission *seasonal trend recipe guides were created for digital download so that chefs/operators could utilize recipes and inspiration on their tablets and phones while in a bustling kitchen. The top five trends for the season and new, editorial style photography for the key recipe were featured.

Included within the books were a cover, interactive table of contents, section covers with trend introduction, a key recipe for each trend, one to two pages of other relevant recipes, UFS products, statistics, and tips for how to incorporate the trends into the menu.
