DairyStar Packaging and sell sheets: 2012–2013

MorningStar Unordinary Dairy brand Dairy Fresh was ready for a rebrand—from logo to more modern and eye-catching design and sales materials. The line includes milk, half and half, soft serve, iced coffee, aerosol whipped toppings, cottage cheese, sour cream, and more.

Due to the large variety in the product-line a “template” of each type of package was created with pre-determined colors by product type, space for claims, hierarchy for naming, type face/size by information, Spanish translations, etc. Then the dieline, along with usage guidelines, were handed off to print houses to apply the same designs to other varieties of *Aerosol Whipped Topping, *Gabletop, and *Tub packaging.

Sell sheets were created for each category to assist district sales representatives in their sales visits with restaurant and other foodservice operators. Each sell sheet cover created a star with the food type it was used in/with and featured product packaging that “made food shine”. The back of each sheet explained the category, the 5-Star promise for DairyStar’s exceptional line, the main qualities of the category, a photo of the product in use, table of order information and order contact information.
